6 KEYS TO SUCCESS

Your Keys To Success in Your Business Opportunity

There are many things a new Business Partner in your opportunity needs to do for his or her success. These are my top six.

  1. Their Why. They need a strong reason why they are joining your opportunity. What is it they want to accomplish? Is it to make more money? A better lifestyle? To spend more time with Family? To give more to Charity? Whatever their reason may be it is so important that you as their sponsor and the new business partner discuss and understand that reason. When things get hard (and they will get hard) that why needs to be so strong they will overcome any fear, negativity and stay committed to succeed.
  2. Being Coachable. Time is a precious asset that cannot be wasted on those who do not have a strong why and who are not open to learning and following the instruction from their sponsor or other company leader. Resistance is the fastest path to failure.
  3. Sticks To The System. My personal hurdle I had to initially overcome. Your company leaders are leaders and successful for one important reason. They understand the “system” has to be duplicatable for everyone to succeed. You need to use the system that has worked for others and not try to reinvent the wheel.
  4. Lead By Example. If you’re not attending all the trainings, company calls, following the system, and doing all the things you were taught to be successful – how can you expect others you recruit to do what you yourself are NOT doing. This is not a do as I say not as I do type business.
  5. Treat this as a Business Not a Hobby. We rise and fall to the level of our business partners. If they are serious and treat their opportunity as a business so will those you sponsor. Unfortunately the opposite is also true.
  6. Think of Their Wallet Not Your Own. My favorite example of this is to ask men I speak to – where to you keep your wallet? What part of your anatomy is it closest to? It’s not your heart! I promote my opportunity to those I know are seeking a better life for themselves and their families. I want their success and happiness – and if I put their needs first and foremost I feel accomplished (and naturally my own financial benefits will increase). I NEVER look at someone and think if I can sign them up that’s a certain dollar bonus.

Focus on your prospects “why”. Teach them to be successful by your wisdom and actions. Know you have a better way and what that for them and you will be successful both in spirit and financially.

Did This Help You? If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you commented below and shared on Facebook.
